Turning 34 in 2026 feels, physically, like a few more grains of salt have quietly joined the pepper. The hairline has started its slow reverse migration, and somehow lifting weights has become more enjoyable than staying up late for no reason. Life is definitely getting busier, but at the same time, it’s becoming more beautiful. I’ve started living more in the present, indulging in moments a little deeper than before.

Many moons ago, on this day, God sparked life into me and blessed me with experiences beyond anything I could have imagined: the presence of my parents, the love of my siblings, the companionship of dear friends, meeting my wife, and now the greatest treasure of all, my son. Every emotion life has introduced me to, whether joy, loss, excitement, or stillness, has carried its own blessing.

I feel grateful for every breath, every sip of water, every grain of food that fills me, and for the five senses that make this human experience so vivid and meaningful. The older I grow, the more I realize how much beauty exists in ordinary moments we once rushed past.

Thank you, universe, for this beautiful experience called life. “Thank you” honestly feels like an understatement, but it comes from the deepest place in my heart.
